Appointments & Scheduling

I open my books to schedule three months at a time. This is to insure I don’t need to reschedule clients until I have my travel plans in line because it is just inconvenient for everyone. At every scheduling term I will select and contact those requests that generally apply most to the subject matter I am looking to tattoo. All clients with large and ongoing projects will have the highest priority to book. I will respond to everyone regardless of priority and try to fit in as many people as possible.

Contact

Although I prefer all inquiries to be submitted through the tattoo request form you can also email me via the contact option on the site. If you need to contact me regarding a reschedule, you should contact the shop and the assistant will cross reference our schedules and find the next soonest time that works for both of us. Any other inquiries regarding travel plans, aftercare, or merch and shipping can also be sent to my email. Please do not email me regarding a tattoo request as all of my requests are filtered specifically.

Subject Matter Preferences

To optimize our time please consider the subject matter I display through Instagram and my gallery, these requests will have the most priority. I am not opposed to integrating your ideas as long as they are somewhat in tune with what I am focused on. ( American style, Japanese style, animals, skulls, women, flowers, weapons, trippy or psychedelic art).

Payment

I accept cash and Venmo only. No IOUS or card payments.

Aftercare

This site is a good instructional but I will screen shot the shops after care.

Deposits

All deposits are 200 and are taken off the total cost of the tattoo, used on the last apt scheduled. Deposits are non refundable in the event that you choose to cancel your appointment completely, no call no show, or cancel or reschedule your apt without giving me 24 hours to try and fill your spot. If you need to make changes to your design and push your apt back, I will honor your deposit and make the changes no problem.

Cancelation Lists

Aside from my three month scheduling term, I also keep a contact list of clients that would like to be contacted in case of a cancellation, usually given a 24 to 72 hour heads up. I usually have someone cancel and free their appointment spot once every two weeks. It’s highly recommended to be on this list even if you have future appointments or are waiting to be booked. Not accepting the availed appointment is totally understandable and you will remain on the list to be contacted when the next apt becomes available.

Rates

I charge 250 an hour and prefer to work in 3-5 hour increments. I work very fast and most single shot tattoos on my page take 3-4 hours.

During my scheduling period I set up consultations to talk over phone or in person to discuss your ideas, time, cost and scheduling options.
